Face-to-face with Bono
"I ran into Bono from U2 once. He was signing autographs while sitting in a shopping cart outside the old Paramount Theatre in downtown Portland. I shook his hand and met eyes with him and I said how much I loved their music, and how spiritual and refreshing it was for me.

My friend bluntly and suddenly asked him if he was a Christian. In front of dozens of people he nodded yes. He also commented on how shrewd Americans can be. This was during their WAR Tour. I was so psyched to meet him that I forgot to get an autograph…"
